How much? How do I know I'm getting a good deal?

PC Repair Charges for most of our jobs are just £40.00 per hour (Includes (Callout within Sittingbourne)

£40 is our minimum charge and we usually find that many viruses and problems can be resolved in this time.

 

What do I get for my money?

You will receive a first class service either to your door, you will receive an explanation of what the problem was and also how to avoid such problems in the future.

Too often we hear of computers being taken into a shop for repair, being left there for days or even weeks only to find when you get it home - it's still has the same problems.

Value for money is what we like to be recognised for, we have a huge amount of knowledge and experience and invested a great deal of time and money in ensuring your computer problems are resolved in the minimum amount of time - We feel our rates are very affordable and extremely competitive.

 

Health Check and M.O.T  (Our Most Popular Service!!)

This is our most popular service and generally what we recommend to all our clients, This can clear up many Computer problems and even fix potential problems you never new existed, Full health report also provided. Full optimisation of Windows and Hard Disks is also included making sure your system is performing at peak condition.

 

Data Recovery Charges.

We charge home users just £40 to examine your hard drive and tell you what data is recoverable.
£75 is the normal charge for a straight forward recovery of data - this is dependant on the state of your hard drive.

 

Business computer repairs and services.

Our hourly rate for business customers is from just £60 per hour. This includes single PC users and small companies running a "workgroup network type setup"

 

All pricing for business customers is tailored to suit your needs so please call for an estimate of hourly charge as this is dependant upon the complexity of your system as well as the time of day (if out of office hours)
